We use DiSC Team Assessments to open up the discussion and engagement with one another on the team. We look for ways that positively highlight the differences and similarities of people, so they have a better understanding of the difference between purpose/intention and behaviors - not just for awareness of others but for how individuals are self-aware of perceptions.
Sometimes, teams need to have fun! A job is a job - what makes someone feel like they are part of something more is their connections with their teams. What helps people see the purpose of what they do, is giving back to others. We can help you achieve two goals. 1. get the team together and play (trivia, murder mystery, friendly competition, dance party, etc.). 2. Give back to the local community by creating useful items to help others.

Is there a topic of interest for your team? Something they could hear about and then take away and discuss later? This is how we approach keynote lunch and learn events. We provide an engaging 30-minute speech to inspire and create curiosity in our audience and then provide the participants with some takeaway activities they can do together or on their own. We can schedule this as a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or one-off activity with your team. We often include outside experts to co-present (similar to a tailor-made podcast just for your team or company).
Teams should comprise diverse individuals with different work styles, backgrounds, and levels of experience. We can work with your team to find the best way to create an inclusive environment in a non-judgmental approach. The first step to acceptance is awareness, and this is one area in which we proudly want to help businesses, teams, and even individuals become more open-minded.
